SIMULATED SCENARIO
The starting point
The scenario models a mismatch between customer receipts and several obligations falling due close together. Its purpose is to reorganise maturities, without assuming that new funding alone will solve cash-flow issues.
The structure
The example models €600,000 against offices valued at €1,200,000, with 50% LTV over 24 months. The structure starts with a debt schedule, payment commitments and a proposed exit through bank finance.
The outcome
The example assumes signing on day 32 after receipt of complete documents. Following a period of cash-flow monitoring, bank refinancing is assumed in month twenty. Outcomes and timing are simulated.
